Please scroll to the bottom of this page for details. We’re currently offering our postpartum series online via Zoom, every Tuesday at 10am. Sessions are 1.5-2 hours, and cost is $100/month. This is a wonderful group – new women are always encouraged to join us!

Life After Birth – nothing short of life-changing connection and friendship, for your postpartum days.
Life After Birth is a group series providing postpartum support, resources and connection to mothers. We discuss self-care, stress/anxiety management, career/identity, improving communication with your partner, and more. Our group is special because it’s not about babies (though babies do attend) — it’s about adjusting to this new chapter of your life.
This program is open to all postpartum women, no matter how old the baby or whether you’re a first-time mom. Each groups tend to have around 10-12 women.
All classes are on Zoom and women can enroll on a rolling basis. Just text to get the info to join the current group. We convene every single Tuesday from 10am – noon. Fee is $100/4 weeks (8 hours).
